Happy Mother’s Day 2020

Since 2017, my wife and I have been handing out potted Mums for Mother’s Day.  At this time, we would be doing exactly that.  It gave us great pleasure meeting the many people of Valley Ridge and Crestmont especially the kids excited to pick out a Mum for that special person in their life.

With our current situation, handing out potted Mum’s is not possible.  We put together a very short video clip of past years.  We wish all the mom’s out there a “Happy Mother’s Day”.  Enjoy your special day and stay safe!

COVID-19 has hit 2020 like a wrecking ball, slowly making its way across borders. Social distancing has us all pressing pause, letting go of priorities in favour of time spent indoors, connected only though our screens. Alas, in the real estate market, even amid a global pandemic, there are still sellers who need to sell, and buyers who need to buy.

Lucky for us, in this age of technological glory, real estate agents have access to some great solutions to ensure that processes remain safe, and transactions can continue to take place. This too will pass, and in the meantime, we can all use a little creativity to ensure that our brief pauses don’t turn into a full stop.

A Great Way to End the Year

What a great way to end the year.  A Top 100 placing for Re/Max Western Canada for the month of December and placed  #2 for 2019 for the  RE/Max R.E (Mountain View) office.2019 was an interesting and challenging year for real estate so a huge thank you to all the amazing clients I had the honour and pleasure of working with.  Thank you for helping me achieve these accomplishments.  I am truly grateful!

Parade of Open Houses

Join me and my fellow realtors for the “Home for the Holidays” Parade of Open Houses in Airdrie on Sunday, Dec 1, from 1 to 4 pm.
