Situated near Highway 1 in SW Calgary, Crestmont provides a tranquil community environment within proximity to the bustling city. Housing in Crestmont

As of the 2021 Census of Canada, there are 760 households for a total of 2275 residents.   In the past several years, housing development has increased significantly with approximately 900homes in the community thus increasing the population as well.

71% of the population are between the ages of 15 to 64 years old.  22% are below 15 years of age and 7% are above 64 years of age.   

On average, Crestmont community has around 60 sales per year. The average sold price for single-family homes from 2020 to 2023 stood at $723,329.  With the increase in housing development, there has been an increase in attached units – townhouses and duplexes.  Over the last four years, an average of 15 units were sold per year, with an average sold price of $507,600.
